ACCOMPANYING PERSON REGISTRATIONS
The Accompanying Person registration provides access to the congress venue and includes participation in the Opening Reception on September 24. This registration does not grant access to the accredited scientific sessions, which are strictly reserved for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) due to compliance regulations.

CONGRESS SOCIAL DINNER

The Congress Social Dinner will take place on Thursday, September 25th at 8 PM at “Whales of Iceland” (Fiskislóð 23-25, 101 Reykjavík). The dinner includes a 3-course menu, water, and 2 glasses of wine or beer. Any extra drinks may be purchased at the bar. The dinner is already sold out.

LIABILITY AND INSURANCE
Registration fees do not include participants’ insurance against personal accidents, sickness and cancellations by any party, theft, loss, or damage to personal possessions. Participants are requested to make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance. It is highly recommended that all in-person participants carry proper health and travel insurance. In the case that EuGMS 2025 Congress cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the PCO control or force majeure (including but not limited to war, fire, explosion, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, epidemic, health emergency and acts of any government) the PCO cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as registration fee or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage.

CANCELLATION / CONVERSION POLICY
Registration cancellations or modifications are subject to the following conditions:

• For Onsite participation
  – Until 28 July 2025: Full refund (All refunds will be processed within 1 month from cancellation, bank charges will be deducted)
  – From 29 July 2025: no refund (Registration remains valid for Online participation)
• For Online participation
  No refund

It is not possible to change your billing information (VAT number, address, etc.) after the submission of the registration.

The cost for reprinting the badge onsite during the event is 50 EUR.
